An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Tuesday, repeating until May 10, 2025
A creative program offering practical ways to use music to create change in the mind and body. Using the voice and body as instruments, we play with the elements of music to settle the nervous system and to address mood, concentration, stress, pain, fear, isolation, and loneliness. Attendees are encouraged to participate on whatever level of engagement they choose: listen, sing, share.
Classes held weekly in Meeting Room A at Central Library.
