Music Wellness Lab offers practical ways to use music to create change in the mind and body. Using primarily the voice and body as instruments, we play with the elements of music to settle the nervous system and to address mood, concentration, stress, pain, fear, isolation, and loneliness. Program attendees are encouraged to participate on whatever level of engagement that the individual chooses: listen, sing, share.





I was always interested in music. It fostered my interest even further. Now I find myself listening to more music at home, attending concerts. That was how I was when I was young, and it was something I rediscovered coming to Music Wellness.
