DESCRIPTION:Music Wellness Lab offers practical ways to use music to create change in the mind and body. Using primarily the voice and body as instruments\, we play with the elements of music to settle the nervous system and to address mood\, concentration\, stress\, pain\, fear\, isolation\, and loneliness. Attendees are encouraged to participate on whatever level of engagement they choose: listen\, sing\, share.
